Licensed as a real estate broker, general building contractor and community care facility administrator, we are uniquely qualified to develop and redevelop community care facilities.  From the initial stages of project planning, we have the experience and the comprehensive view necessary to plan and implement a successful venture.

Due diligence is a term used for the proper investigation of an investment.  We do our homework.  Constuction cost and investigation of building structure status, competition, permits, licensing, etc., must be investigated to avoid disasterous consequences.

Whether we act as a general contractor or oversee the work of others, our expertise in construction and rehabilitation are utilized to ensure project success.

We seek value-added situations where additional profits can be acheived from correcting problem properties.  Frequently mis-mangement can cause an underacheiving property which can be acquired, corrected and made proftiable once again.

When rehabilitation is in order, or if we are changing the real estate to maximize income potential, our experise in construction management pays off.  We are also experienced with new construction and can design/build a facilty to order.

While we are not achitects, we are familiar with design and can manage the architectural design phase of any project.

After many years, the sometimes painful and time-consuming process of permit processing and design review is quite familar and with that familiarity, we know how to expedite the process.  

We are available to provide consultation services on any project based on the needs of the client.

Most importantly, we act as the development team manager overseeing each and every aspect of the development process and team coordination representing our investor partners or the owner/client.
